After spending much of lockdown in Barbados, the self-made tycoon, who lived in a caravan until the age of 15, has decided to move to the Caribbean full-time and – here’s the thing – take many of his staff with him. “This is not a bluff, I’m doing it,” he says. “Technology and the Covid situation has shown us businesses can be run from anywhere in the world.
